<\/p>\nThe Holiday craziness is now over, and winter is in full swing. As we enter a quieter period, we invite you to think about your \u201cpersonal wellness\u201d plan. Most of us have already invested ourselves in resolutions we want to believe we can keep, although we know that most of them will have been forgotten by mid-February. This happens because these resolutions can be quite demanding so it becomes difficult to maintain the same optimistic motivation we had when we first made them. Finding a solution to improve our lifestyle, we think, doesn\u2019t always mean we have to take the hardest route. What if we offered a better way that will make it possible to keep these almost impossible resolutions?<\/p>\n
It is our belief that to reach our objectives we need to undoubtedly take into consideration our wellbeing, our pleasure and our love of self. How can this be done? By taking care of ourselves, giving ourselves some time to relax, to pause awhile, to let our ideas roam freely, and by making room in our lives for happiness to settle in.\u00a0Once we\u2019ve begun to care for ourselves through ways that feel good, the rest will follow naturally. Very soon, we\u2019ll want to follow a better diet, breathe fresh air more often, and practise physical activities that make us happy.<\/p>\n

With the start of this new year, we wanted to innovate and open up to you, to share new experiences, to have you (re)discover BALNEA under a new light. We therefore have created this new platform where we\u2019ll be signing, we hope, some truly inspiring web articles. Adopting a healthy lifestyle, we feel, must, naturally, start with our body\u2019s wellbeing; however, our mental wellness is just as important. For BALNEA, this wellbeing goal can be reached by connecting with our environment; to find ourselves surrounded by trees, yes, but also through connecting and sharing with others as well. At the heart of our articles, you\u2019ll, of course, find a lot of advice, information about our installations and our services; but, more importantly, we will also welcome you inside our world.
