Bromont, August 6, 2024 \/ – BALNEA spa + r\u00e9serve thermale<\/a> is proud to announce the nomination of Maxime Delmont as the new Executive Chef of LUMAMI restaurant<\/a>. With over 18 years of experience in prestigious establishments, including Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e in Paris and his key role in the opening of Le Ros\u00e9lys at Fairmont Reine Elizabeth, Maxime Delmont brings expertise and skills that will elevate LUMAMI to new horizons.<\/p>\n

Inspired by the generous nature of the BALNEA spa + r\u00e9serve thermale estate, Maxime creates delectable dishes featuring local flavors. LUMAMI guests can now enjoy his new creations on the menu<\/a>, featuring seasonal produce freshly harvested from BALNEA’s own gardens.<\/p>\n

From BALNEA’s gardens to LUMAMI’s table <\/strong><\/p>\n

Launched in spring 2023, BALNEA’s garden project embodies the principles of the short circuit by adopting a \u00ab\u00a0garden to table\u00a0\u00bb philosophy. The gardens supply LUMAMI with a wide range of fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs.
