Welcome to Balnea<\/h2>\n

For your first visit you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n

Your bathing suit, a bottle of water and a bag to store wet items. Please note that sandals are not provided or required on site.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Upon arrival at the reception desk, our wellness agents will provide you with a bathrobe and towel and will assign you a locker with a digital lock for the day.\u00a0 You\u2019ll find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotions, hair dryers in our changing rooms. A $5 fee is applicable to change your bathrobe.<\/p>\n

In order to enhance your stay, we invite you to bring a good magazine or book, sunscreen, sports clothing, sunglasses, and any other item that will enrich your experience. Remember to bring a bag to store your wet items\u2014<\/span>in order to reduce our ecological footprint and to comply with the City of Bromont’s bylaw (banning not only conventional plastic bags, but also biodegradable and compostable bags), we no longer distribute single-use bags. If you forget to bring a bag, stop by the store to get a reusable zipper bag. Eco-friendly, waterproof and made in Quebec by La fabrik \u00e9co, these bags are available in two sizes, at low prices.<\/p>\n

If you reserved a treatment or massage, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment. This way you\u2019ll be able to register and get changed and not hurry to your appointment. Otherwise, you can access the spa as soon as the facilities are open.<\/p>\n

Admission to the spa is reserved for people 14 years of age and older<\/strong>. Visitors of 14 and 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. One adult for each person 14 and 15 years of age. IDs required.<\/p>\n
